Even though we try to accept all orders, sometimes this might not be possible. If your order is declined or cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card. Payment for the goods which you order must be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or American Express. We won't dispatch your order until we receive full cleared payment. Please note that although we display additional currencies on our website, we only accept card payments in GBP. Please note when cancelling an order, it can only be cancelled via email and the email must be sent before 3pm despatch time the day you placed the order. Once the items have been despatched the order cannot be cancelled.
We accept orders from and dispatch goods to addresses worldwide. Delivery dates of the goods are intended to be an estimate only. We will aim to deliver the goods 2-5 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock. If you order more than one product, your order may be dispatched separately. The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. However, ownership of the goods will only pass to you on delivery provided we have received full payment. If any item is priced wrongly by mistake, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we despatch the item to you. If that happens, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.
All item's sold brand new carry a 12 month's warranty apart from filter's, belt's, mains cables, brushbars, hair product's and cleaning product's.
We are more than happy to accept returns within a 14 day period but we cannot accept return's on filter's, belt's and cleaning product's. All return's (apart from wrong item sent by us or faulty item's) will be refunded minus our original shipping cost. Items should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition unused and in original packaging (if these conditions are not met we will partial refund or decide not to refund depending on the circumstances and condition of the return). Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before we despatch them. Please note we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
If (brand new only) items are faulty they must be returned to us within the 12 months of sale and we will get our technical department to test the item. If faulty a replacement will be issued and if it is not faulty and you have returned item to us as faulty, PLEASE NOTE we will minus the original postage cost it cost us to send out to you from the refund! PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been ordered by you by mistake or the item you ordered from us doe's not fit your machine as you ordered the wrong part, we will minus our original postage cost when the item is returned to us so please make sure you order the correct part for your machine. If you are not sure of what part you need please use our livechat feature on our website. Refunds will only be issued unless the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice and a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. The refund will be by the same method used as the payment. If you paid by card please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to show on your statement. All used item's carry a 14 day gaurantee. All item's sold brand new carry a 12 month's warranty apart from filter's, belt's, mains cables, brushbars, hair product's and cleaning product's. We will issue a replacement once item is confirmed faulty. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to make sure parts are fitted by a competent person. All motor changes will require you to change the hepa filter. We will ask for pictures of the hepa filter if a motor becomes faulty within the 12 month warranty period. If the hepa filter has not been changed within this period and the motor burns out please note your warranty will become void and we will not accept the return of the motor.
You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept the return. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance.
Dyson Vacuum Spares guarantees all parts against defective workmanship or materials apart from filter's, belt's and cleaning product's for a period of 12 month's from date of supplying invoice. They must be fitted by a competent person and this is the buyer's responsibility.
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us not complying with these Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us not complying with these Conditions. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill) howsoever arising in connection with your use of the website and any goods purchased.
