1.) How soon will i get my item?

1-5 working day's in the UK. Within 15-20 working days to Europe (not including weekends) and within 20-30 working days (not including weekends) to the rest of the world.

2.) How much is shipping cost within the UK?

Shipping is free on all item's.

3.) Is there any warranty with your parts?

All item's sold brand new carry a 12 month's warranty apart from filter's, belt's, mains cables, brushbars, hair product's and cleaning product's. We will issue a replacement once item is confirmed faulty. 

4.) How long do you take to reply to messages you recieve?

We will reply within 2-48 hours of receiving emails. We do have livechat on the site.

5.) Are item's despatched on the sameday?

Yes, all orders before 3pm will be despatched sameday.

6.) Do you accept card payment's?

Yes, we accept Paypal and Debit / Credit Card payments.

7.) Are there discount's on shipping on bulk buy?
