Foster Trading wants you to have your order as soon as you have completed the “Buy it Now” process. All orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day (subject to payment authorisation) by either Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 Tracked Signed For service or DPD Tracked Signed For service. More often than not our couriers will normally deliver your order next working day (mainland UK only), but on occasion (during busy periods) may deliver within 2-3 working days (not including weekends or public holidays).
Just to clarify you should receive your order next working day (within 2-3 working days maximum) UK mainland, 2-5 working days (UK non-mainland) and 3-10 days if you are in Europe or Southern Ireland. If you are in Italy please be aware that although we have shipped your item the Italian Postal Service can sometimes delay delivery by up to 30 days. It has been sent with proof of sending and tracked delivery, this means you will need to sign for it on receipt.
All items advertised are held in stock and ready to be dispatched.
We normally use Royal Mail to deliver anything up to 2Kg and DPD from 2Kg - 30Kg. If we have sent your order with DPD then please check you e-mail (inbox or junk mail folders) for tracking information.
Very Very Important: Our couriers will only attempt to deliver once, if there is no-one present at the address to accept collection then contact must be made with the courier within 2 days of the date of initial delivery to arrange a re-delivery. If contact is not made with the courier within 2 days then your order may be returned to us and we reserve the right to apply a further delivery charge. Unfortunately this will be double the original delivery charge as we will be charged for a returned item.
Very Important: If your item does not arrive within 3 days (UK mainland), 5 days (UK non-mainland) and 10 days (Europe), it is likely that a delivery card has been put through your letterbox for you to collect your delivery from your local Royal Mail Postal Sorting Office, European Mail Postal Sorting Office, GLS Sorting Office or DPD Depot. If for some reason no card has been left or it has been misplaced, we recommend that you contact either Royal Mail or your local European Postal or GLS office (for all our smaller items, telephone number will be your local mail sorting office or GLS office for your area) or DPD (for all our larger items on 0844 8970000 (Option 5), outside of the UK call +44 (0) 121 6983784) as they may still be holding your delivery for you. Please do not use the DPD automated service, please hold on the line until your call is answered by a customer services operator.
Please ensure that you include your contact telephone number when completing the “Buy it Now” process, for use in case our couriers have a problem in delivering your order.
We deliver to all of the UK, Europe and most Non-European destinations. If you cannot see a price for delivery to your destination then please ask for a quotation as we still may be able to deliver to you.
Please ensure you check goods received from our couriers to make sure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If this is not possible please sign for the item as Unchecked. If the item has been damaged please mark it as Damaged. If the item is damaged in transit and not signed for as such then we cannot be liable for the damage and the item will not be replaced.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return your item within 7 days P&P at your cost and we will refund your original transaction less the original P&P fees, or replace your item subject to availability. Returns will only be accepted if item/s are unused and unopened in all original packaging including original seals intact.
“Postage Free” items - All of our listings have a “Postage & Packaging Charge” included within the total cost price of the item, i.e. if postage & packaging is marked as “Free” there is still a postage & packaging charge incurred by “you” the customer and is incorporated within the total cost price of the item. If you choose to return your order for a refund we will deduct between £4.99 - £9.99 (dependent on weight/size of your product) from the total cost price of the item (if originally posted to a mainland UK address) and an amount greater than this if posted to a non-mainland UK address or an EU address. Whichever courier you choose to return your item to us with please make sure you opt for a tracked or recorded and signed for service. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive or are lost in the post.
If your item is the incorrect size and you wish to exchange it then the fastest way to get a replacement is to order another item from our eBay shop or site, we will normally dispatch this within 1 working day. When your original purchase is returned we will issue you with a refund (less the original P&P fees) via PayPal or your original payment method.
Essential information before returning your item to us:

Upon receiving the above information one of our team will issue you with a returns number. When returning your item please re-package it securely (so it is not damaged in transit) including a print out of your PayPal Invoice (found within your PayPal account) - please make sure you take a note of your returns number and quote this in all correspondence with us. Please write your returns number on the return address label and also on the copy of your PayPal invoice that you are returning within the packaging for our reference. If all of the the above information is not included your refund or exchange will be delayed.
Please note: If you are returning an item to be exchanged for a replacement we can only deliver to your original PayPal address, quoted on your original PayPal invoice.
